In order to get accepted...
-Have to have two yes's
-Good application
-Good history
-Get along well with people
-Don't reply "YES" or "NO" to every question
-If you get denied wait 1 week before applying again
-If you tell a mod/admin to look at your app you will get denied
-You cannot be banned from the chatroom/forum
